1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using PCTransfer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

PCTransfer is an iOS application that creates a temporary local HTTP server on your iPhone, enabling wireless file transfer between your iPhone and any PC on the same Wi-Fi network via a standard web browser. No internet connection or external server is required for file transfers.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PCTransfer for personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms of Use.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app or any portion of it.
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the app.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Transfer any files through the app that infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
• Use the app to transfer malicious software or harmful content.

5. Free Version and PCTransfer Pro

PCTransfer is available in two versions:

• Free version: Allows unlimited file downloads from your iPhone to your PC, and includes 3 free uploads from your PC to your iPhone. Advertisements are displayed via Google AdMob.
• PCTransfer Pro: A one-time in-app purchase that unlocks unlimited uploads from your PC to your iPhone and removes all advertisements.

All in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Prices are displayed in your local currency as determined by Apple's pricing tiers. All purchases are final. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.

6. Restore Purchases

If you have previously purchased PCTransfer Pro, you can restore your purchase at any time using the "Restore Purchase" option within the app. This allows you to recover your Pro status on any device using the same Apple ID, without being charged again.

7. Your Files and Content

You are solely responsible for the files you transfer using PCTransfer. We do not access, store, or transmit your files to any external server. All file transfers occur directly between your iPhone and your PC over your local Wi-Fi network. You must ensure that you have the right to transfer any file you use with the app.

8. Network and Security

PCTransfer creates a local HTTP server accessible to any device on the same Wi-Fi network while the server is active. You are responsible for the security of your Wi-Fi network. We recommend using the app only on trusted private networks. Disable the server when not in use.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

PCTransfer is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices or network configurations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of files, or unauthorized access to your local network resulting from your use of PCTransfer.

11. Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue PCTransfer at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
